PrimeBit Valentine’s Day Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. The PrimeBit Limited-Time Special Trader Fee Discount Offer will be called Offer in these terms and conditions.
  2. The Offer will last 1 day, starting from 00:00:01 UTC time on the 14th of February 2020 and ending at 23:59:59 UTC time on the 14th of February 2020.
  3. Every registered client of PrimeBit is entitled to enroll in the Offer.
  4. A trader will receive a 20% taker fee discount for their trades which were opened and closed on the live account during the time of the Offer and which were made in accordance with current PrimeBit Terms of Use and Customer Agreement.
  5. PrimeBit reserves the right, as it in its sole discretion deems fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer or any aspect of the Offer without Clientsconsent by informing the Client using the email provided to PrimeBit upon their registration or PrimeBit notification or MT5 mailing upon one day in advance. Under no circumstances shall PrimeBit be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancellation or termination of the Offer.
  6. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of this Offer Terms and Conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by PrimeBit, acting in good faith and as it shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. The decisionPrimeBit shall be final and binding.
  7. PrimeBit has the right to exclude any client from this Offer if:
      1. A breach of Offer Terms and Conditions and/or of any term of the Terms of Use and Customer Agreement occurs;
      2. The Client has more than one entry with accounts registered under different emails at PrimeBit in this Offer;
      3. PrimeBit has reasonable grounds to believe misuse of the current OfferTerms & Conditions;
      4. The Client acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner that is not in the spirit of the current Offer Terms & Conditions. 
  8. PrimeBit will not be liable for any margin call or losses that the Client may suffer from trading during the time of Promotion, including but not limited to losses due to top-out Level, after the spread cashback amount, is added to Trader`s account and their account leverage is changed to the lower level.
  9. PrimeBit Limited-Time Trader Fee Discount offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. If more than one discount promotion is affecting at the same time. The one with a higher discount percentage will be taken into consideration.
